Exchange and Return Policy - 2ARES

1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

1.1. Our exchange and return policy was created to serve our customers and is based on the guidelines of the Consumer Defense Code.

 

1.2. All exchanges and/or returns must be requested via email: [email protected], informing the order number, reason for the request and the desired item (in case of exchange). The request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.

 

2. CHECK THE PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY

 

2.1 Whenever you receive your merchandise, check that the product is in perfect condition. Do not accept it if the packaging is open or damaged, if the product is damaged, if the order does not match your request, or if the delivery is not complete.

 

2.2 In the event of a return, the products will be received at our Distribution Center for analysis to verify the defect reported by the customer. The new order, voucher or refund will be sent to the customer after this evaluation by our Quality Team. If the reported defect is not detected, or if any of the conditions for exchange and/or return have not been met, the product will be returned, in this case, without prior notice.

 

3. EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE MADE:

 

a) When the product shows signs of use;

b) When the product has been altered in any way;

c) When the product is not returned with its original items and accessories.

 

In case of cancellation and/or exchange of items purchased through promotions/discount coupons, the amount considered for refund will be the amount paid, and not the full price of the product.

 

4. RETURNS

 

4.1 The return of any product, including promotional products, must be communicated within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

 

4.2 The product must not have been washed or used, must be odor-free, stain-free and without any alteration to its original configuration.

 

5. EXCHANGES

 

5.1 Exchanges may be requested within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receipt of the product. Requests received after this date will not be accepted.

 

5.2 The first exchange is free of charge and will be made via the Post Office, with a Postage Authorization Code sent by email.

 

5.3 The deadline for completing the exchange is up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days, from the receipt of the returned product at our Distribution Center.

 

5.4 In the case of exchanges of products purchased during a promotion/discount coupon, the value of the credit will be exactly equal to the amount paid for the original order.

 

6. REFUND / REIMBURSEMENT

 

6.1 The refund will be made for the same value as the returned product.

 

6.2 Refund amounts are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

6.3 For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be made directly to the invoice. Operators may take up to two subsequent invoices for the credit to appear.

 

6.4 If preferred, the customer may opt for full store credit for future purchases.

 

7. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

 

7.1 The deadline to request cancellation of an order is 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the receipt of the merchandise.

 

7.2 Cancellation must be requested directly by email ([email protected]).

 

7.3 After receiving the product, 2ARES will perform a technical analysis to verify whether the return criteria have been met. If not, the product will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
