Shipping Terms:
We ship international orders under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) terms. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local authorities and are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not collect or prepay these charges.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on customs clearance, local regulations, or unforeseen delays. While we do our utmost to ensure a fast and smooth shipping process, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.


2️⃣ Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. Usually, packages are not taxed, but we cannot guarantee exemption from customs charges, as this is subject to the discretion of your local customs authorities.


3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Returned goods must be properly packaged and clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on customs forms.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any re-entry taxes to Brazil are the client’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your returns.

Refunds & Duties:
Please note that any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at the time of importation may not be refundable, depending on the regulations of Brazilian customs authorities.
